Standing Orders
GloboZymes can schedule periodic shipments on any single purchase order. Such standing orders eliminate the burden of placing frequent repeat orders and ensure a constant supply of needed products. Standing orders may receive discount depending on frequency and quantity.

Prices are as indicated on this website and apply only to customers in The United Sates of America. Other customers should contact their local distributor for pricing and ordering information.

Shipping & Handling
Domestic orders of in-stock items received Monday through Thursday before 11:30 am PST will be shipped the same day. Orders received Monday through Wednesday after 11:30 am PST will be shipped the following day. Orders received on Thursday after 11:30 am PST or anytime on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders received on holidays will be shipped the next business day. Shipping costs will be added to your invoice. All products are shipped on dry ice. Shipments are provided with certificates of analyses. The standard overnight domestic shipping charge is $60.00.
Returns
Returns will not be accepted without prior written authorization from GloboZymes. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Authorization is required to insure proper return of material and the correct issuance of credit, if applicable. There is no provision for credit of outdated material. Product(s) must be returned in the same condition as received within 30 days of the original shipment by GloboZymes.
