Description: The Anti-I1PP2A Detection Kit includes 100 μl affinity-purified Anti-I1PP2A and an aliquot of highly purified I1PP2A(a). The aliquot is provided in SDS sample buffer ready for use in five applications as positive control in Western blots. The polyclonal antibody was produced in rabbits to a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 149-163 of human kidney I1PP2A(a).
