Description: The Anti-PP2AC Detection Kit includes 200 μl of Anti-PP2AC and an aliquot of highly purified bovine kidney protein phosphatase 2A (see GLO130-GLO132). The enzyme aliquot is provided in SDS sample buffer ready for use in five applications as positive control in Western blots. Anti-PP2AC was raised in rabbits to the catalytic subunit of PP2A.
