Description: The Anti-4E Detection Kit includes 100 μl of rabbit Anti-eIF4E and an aliquot of highly purified recombinant eIF4E. The eIF4E preparations are provided in SDS sample buffer ready for use in five applications as positive control in Western blots. The antibody is also effective for immunoprecipitation.
