Description: The Anti-I2PP2A(a) Detection Kit includes 100 μl of affinity-purified Anti-I2PP2A(a) and a sample of highly purified I2PP2A(a). The I2PP2A(a) aliquot is provided in SDS sample buffer ready for use in five applications as positive control in Western blots.

The antibody was produced in rabbits against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 3 to 18 of human kidney I2PP2A(a). The antibody is specific for I2PP2A(a) and does not cross-react with I2PP2A(β) (also termed TAF-1a). In addition to Western blotting, the antibody is also effective for in situ immumofluoresence labeling.
