Description: Anti-I2PP2A(a) is an affinity-purified polyclonal antibody to I2PP2A(a). The antibody was produced in rabbits against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 3 to 18 of human kidney I2PP2A(a). The antibody is specific for I2PP2A(a) and does not cross-react with I2PP2A(β) (also termed TAF-1a). It is useful for Western blotting, for example, with 10 μg of HEK293 cell extracts at 1:1000 dilution of the antibody. The antibody is effective also for in situ immumofluoresence labeling.

Synonyms: Antibody to Protein Phosphatase 2A Inhibitor Protein 2a; Anti-I₂a/SET. I2PP2A(a) is also termed I₂^PP2A, I₂a^PP2A, SET, PHAP-II and TAF-1β.
