Description: The Anti-PAK Detection Kit includes a 100 μl aliquot of affinity-purified Anti-PAK and a sample of highly purified PAK1. The PAK1 aliquot is provided in SDS sample buffer ready for use in five applications as positive control in Western blots.
The antibody was produced in rabbits to a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 484-502 of human PAK1. The polyclonal antibody is useful for Western blotting, for example, with 30 μg HEK293 cell extracts at 1:1000 dilution of the antibody. In addition to PAK1, the antibody displays reactivity with PAK2.
