Description: Anti-eIF4E is a polyclonal antiserum produced in rabbits to full-length human eIF4E. The antiserum is useful for Western blotting, for example, with 50 μg bovine liver extracts and the antibody at 1:500 dilution. The antiserum is also effective for immunoprecipitation.
